Everywhere you travel in the world you need to translate, understand or pronounce english words and bravolol is a good tool to communicate. PW
Great for a quick translation here and there. Would be even better if a nouns "gender" (m. or f.) was indicated.

Went back into the app and suddenly found noun genders! Maybe Im losing my mind, or maybe its from the update I just installed. Either way, awesome!
I read a lot in French and this has been a great dictionary and learning tool.
Worth paying to remove ads
I think this app works excellent in its job, I already have the English-Chinese Dictionary app and it works pretty great too!! However, some words that I try to find isnt on the dictionary, but that might be because I cant insert a sentence or phrase into it.
Some bad moments
How do I suggest a correction? You list "couleur" as masculine: "le couleur." But it is feminine: "la couleur." I would like to know how to make a correction outside reviews, because I would have otherwise given your dictionary 4 stars!
This app looks great and a lot of the ui is well thought out. However, it desperately needs to indicate masculine and feminine for nouns. I have two French English translation apps on my phone so I can figure out the gender of nouns. Annoying
Bought this app to help my children with their french. Information that is given is "ok to good" in rating but the app keeps closing. VERY, VERY frustrating!!!
Great app, but update 4.0 released in Feb 2014 completely ruined it. It reboots every time one wants to see an example of usage of a new word. Please do smth! It was a great app before feb 2014! Thx!
This dictionary is good but lacks gender identification for French words!!!
Good that it looks up both English and French, but the it doesnt look up conjugate of the French verbs.
Otherwise I would give it a 5 star.
