Great app, but update 4.0 released in Feb 2014 completely ruined it. It reboots every time one wants to see an example of usage of a new word. Please do smth! It was a great app before feb 2014! Thx!

This dictionary is good but lacks gender identification for French words!!!

Good that it looks up both English and French, but the it doesnt look up conjugate of the French verbs. Otherwise I would give it a 5 star.

Good app and doesnt need Internet to look up words-- only of you want to hear the words outloud.

Although there are some words I couldnt find here, it is my favorite French dictionary.

Perfect to go along with a language learning program

This is much better than other apps I downloaded at the same time. A good helper in learning French.

The gender is not shown with nouns. I cant use this.

It translates words and phrases. Easy

The dictionary aspect is fantastic: extensive and translations are accurate. However, nouns should display gender for the French translation, and a verb conjugation feature or adjective conjugation feature (or both) would be incredibly beneficial.

MLD is better and easier to use. You should download MLD. This one is ok.

If only they included masculin and féminin articles also more sentences using the words. Over all this is a good dictionary app in comparison to others.

Helpful app to learn french

I have been reading a book written by a French woman. This app falls short on helping me understand her point. Many of the phrases or words resulted in "no results" from the app. Very disappointed !

Better than similar apps but it needs to put the genders with nouns!

Excellent for translation. If youre learning French, however, it doesnt tell you if a word is masculine or feminine. That becomes frustrating when youre trying to write correctly.
